Had to go to the ER on Memorial weekend because of a high potassium count. They checked me in and immediately took me back to do a blood draw followed by an EKG. Had me in another room after that getting me ready for more tests and answering questions, talking to the doctor, etc. 5 mins after talking to the doctor about possible outcomes, the results came back with good numbers, so I was cleared to leave. We were not spoken to in an orderly fashion. We were thrown out of our private room during a very traumatic Event
They were very friendly and welcoming and attentive.
As always my visit was not a great one, I heard the nurses talking bad about me from my room, I was left unattended for a very long time, no one came to my room to let me know what was happening or was going to be done. In whole I just feel like they don’t have very good patient care or respect
