The doctor in the ER was great and seems to care, however the nurses brushed my pain off and made feel like I was just a box to be checked. While I sat and waited for hours just to be given any pain relief was a little ridiculous. Meanwhile other patients in the ER were brought pain meds and sat there laughing and joking while I’m crying in pain with no care. I recommend just driving to corpus for the hospitals
Horrible service!! I went Thursday night because I felt faint and hot. As soon as I walk in the two nurses are talking about cocaine highly unprofessional 😡 My fever was 103.7 and my heart rate was high. They didn't tell me how high. After letting me walk to registration alone knowing the severity of my condition. The nurse stuck me in a hot room with a small bed my feet were hanging off mind u I'm 5'2. Never again will be going back.
Highly efficient, professional, caring, kind, gentle, and compassionate care received from all departments. I was treated like family. The nurses are amazing. Will not go anywhere else for my care.
