the parking Really needs to change and Answering their phone would help GREATLY .they have a answering machine but don't let clients call in to reschedule apartments. I talked to a nurse and she basically said we are far to busy to answer the phones ! so here I am trying to reschedule mom's appointment called two different times no answer . the parking is atrocious !!!!!!
Dr. Larakers was a godsend in the care for my parents, particularly my dad. I had a variety of questions and he always took the time to return my calls and talk me through the issues. Will be forever grateful!
He's been my family dr for years, with no issues or complaints.
They NEVER answer their telephone! This place is really unreliable!
dr lara and his nursing staff are nice but the women at the front where you check in are rude.
