There's a black lady named Tiffany who works at reception!!! who is just rude,and has a ugly attitude for no reason!!! I would not go here they need to fix their attitudes ,and actually care for the people they treat!!!!! (Hayley,the nurse was super sweet though!!!)

I have been sick for more than 10 years and when I fist got sick I would have told anyone who would listen that this hospital was as bad as they come... this place made change after change and has risen to the top of best hospitals ive ever been in.. all the staff and Dr's even on bad nights are always so thoughtful and truly care ❤️ that kind of care can't be taught the staff has ot or doesn't JMH has truly been a blessing and I just wanted to thank them all for becoming such an incredible place. My son had an accident and needed staples in a deep cut on his head. The ER was very busy but everyone from the front desk, triage, nursing staff, and NP were very friendly and helpful. They were able to care for him in the hallway which we appreciated rather than being forced to wait for the room to come available. Thank you for your care.
