Absolutely horrible experience, none of the nurses explained anything, none of my test results were provided to me. I received no after care instructions and I sat in a hard plastic chair in the hallway for hours. I was then admitted to Baptist the following day for two days.
Has always been my go to Hospital. But after last ER visit, think I'll try Babtist
Experience was not bad, staff were knowledgeable and courteous. As a retired RN, when I was meeting a new patient I always identified myself by name and credentials so that the patient knew how I fit into their care for that day. So if the hospital is watching for ways to improve their professionalism this would be a great start! The care was great!!
Do not go here. These people are thieves. They charged me $10,000 for an x-ray, an EKG, and a blood test. I waited so long that I realized I wasn't dying and gave up and left, and only then did the doctor get up and start actually looking at me. I don't care how badly messed up I am, I'd rather die than ever go back here again. This place is run by disgusting people who don't care and only want your money.
