I’m not a local guide- I am a woman who needs a mammogram. It has been 3 weeks of no call backs, rude intake person for radiology/mammogram scheduling and the feeling that I need to go back to STRIC for my radiology needs. I spoke with a person in radiology Admin at CSR who said they would take care of it and someone would call me back to for an appointment for Mammogram. Horrible customer service all christus santa rosa i would stay away from
From the start to being wheeled out to my car the services were excellent. The nursing staff was patient, kind and compassionate. I wish I was better with names so I could give kudos to each and every one of the excellent team members at Christus Rosa outpatient surgery staff. Pre-op nurses were very nice and supportive. My Anesthesiologist was awesome and listened closely as we discussed any concerns I had.
