2 stars as they dropped the ball on the most important part of there process. Primary Dr. ordered MRI which was done within two days of being ordered (I waited a whole hour before being taken to back). Follow up done with my primary who never received report from radiologist! Called the imaging department office to see why the report was never sent to my primary who then stated they cannot give me any information as to why blaming third party River City Imaging for not delivering the report! Cash pay for ct does not include the radiologist read. They do not tell you this at time of service, they send you a 59 dollar bill 2 months later. I could have saved money by going some where else. Be sure you ask how much the radioligist is going to charge when you go for imaging.
