Front ER desk staff, great. Dr Han/Halm/Ham or whatever, not so much. I came in with a complex medical history relative to the reason I was in. I was immediately dismissed by this guy. Didn’t ask about my hematologist, or maybe why now did I decide I needed ER attention? Very narrow minded clinical thinking. But didn’t need to argue with someone who has his “over the counter prescription recipe” made up in his head. My 89 year old father was brought into the ER by ambulance due to a fall. He has alzheimers and he was disoriented and agitated. My daughter and I were in the waiting room and told we could go in to see him. When we walked up to his room the curtain was open for all to see and he was laying on the bed naked with no blanket or pillow. My daughter (his granddaughter) and I were very embarrassed and upset that he was treated with no dignity or respect. I immediately closed the curtain and asked for a blanket to cover him.
