arrived at this er with my 10 months old son who’s experiencing shortness of breath and labored breathing and they didn’t show any urgency whatsoever. making us wait with other individuals who don’t appear sick at all. the hospital must be completely incompetent to keep a baby waiting that could potentially have RSV. we had to leave to go somewhere else

I recently had to take my 6 year old to the ER late into the evening. Every staff member treated my child with care and kindness. While we had a unique situation on our hands, the staff demonstrated calmness and urgency (which isn’t easy to do) and were able to provide answers rather quickly. Let’s hope I don’t have to visit the ER again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to return.

I love that afternoon on Saturday. I do not think it was very thorough or very accurate. Actually kind of pissed me off. It said to say because I recommend that I recommend you guys to everybody, but I felt like I was just treated like crap. The doctor was just trying to get everybody out. My CK was at 3300 the day before and then I came into the ER because I got called to go to the ER because of my results of my bloodwork and then it was still at 1900 and they said all I know you’re good. Nurse Eva Valdez and Dr. Reagan were so wonderful!! My mother was treated with so much care and attention even in the midst of a full ER. I cannot recommend them enough! If you ever need an ER to take great care of your family like it is their own, I'd recommend Christus! Thank you both and all staff for your amazing service!
