I called to find out if a particular doctor was taking new patients and the lady who answers the phone was very offputting and dismissive. She took my information and said I would hear back within 48 hours as to whether or not the doctor would take me as a paitient. 3 days later she calls back saying that doctor was not taking new patients, but could she put in a request to see if any of the other doctors were taking new patients. If there is ever such a thing as a 5 star hosptial, this would be it. 100% compassion, dedication and a staff that works together from the front office all the till you leave the building. Increadable.

They did wonderful.Great Hospital to go to.The Hospitals here in Houston treated me and my family like crap but the South Texas Surgical Hospital treated myself and my Husband with GREAT RESPECT.The hospital was clean and they care for their patients.I would go back and have my surgery there again.I will take my family there as well.It was a long drive but very well worth it.I WANT TO THANK THE STAFF AND DR.DAN MARTIN FOR TAKING CARE OF ME IN MY TIME OF NEED.

I have been a patient for many years and I have dreaded my appointments just because of their receptionist.I have wanted to complain but was too scared to because I didn't want to have more dirty looks than I already had been getting. .I have no choice but to just deal with it and hope "they" aren't having a bad day! Other than that I have no other complaints.My doctor is a good doctor and that's the only reason why I'm still there!

My family and I have used Dr. Albrecht and his team since the late 80's or early 90's and I highly recommend him. The entire nursing staff and PA, Debra Grote, is also exceptional. It's also great to be greeted in the front by Mrs. Lehmann!
