Worst experience ever very bad staff they don’t care about your health just about a check and that’s it they are very careless and rude they have no sense of urgency they just wanna go through the day and leave extremely unprofessional this needs to be looked into this isn’t the first time and looking at the reviews this seems like repetitive Behavior this whole clinic needs to be shut down ASAP
I waited four weeks for my appointment just for them to call me a day beforehand and tell me my insurance isn’t accepted. I have been in pain for four weeks and now I have to be in pain for another couple weeks until I can find an open appointment that accepts my insurance, which I don’t understand how I get This appointment made for me through my insurance and then they wanna tell me they don’t accept it a day beforehand at that. Dr. Short was hands down one of the nicest doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. I felt listened to and understood. Very happy to have found my new doctor.
Always receive great care. The doctors are very, very thorough. Highly recommend
5 stars! I will change my rating if things change later, BUT TODAY...I am a new patient, called and the phone was answered on the 2nd ring!! Wow! Yes, I can't get in right away (2 weeks is still good, tho') but if my condition becomes an emergency, well then, there's Urgent Care!! Hopefully it won't come to that.
