30 mins or more rolling on the floor of the waiting room in a cold sweat and screaming in pain. No urgency. No care. Actually got up and my wife drove me to another hospital.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. I always receive excellent care , and highly recommended them.

Got a text message to leave a review of my experience. Walked in, empty room. Nobody at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes, nothing. Sat down and waited another 5 minutes and nothing. Had to get up and walk outside and walk back in for anyone to come check the front. Got checked in and triaged, very sick. Placed in room and nobody checked on me for another 15 minutes, was told the doctor would be in shortly. There was not a soul in this place and you would think you could get care when you are in 10/10 pain. I left without eve... read more

Female went in for possibly being drugged at bar, was put in a room while in tremendous pain nurses said "we can't do anything for her". No screening, no fluids, zofran, tylenol and no concern what so ever. Picked her up and took her elsewhere. Physician could not be bothered for assessment after 30 minutes of waiting. Left without being seen. WASTE OF TIME. I am certain this Christian organization will try billing some outrageous amount even though they didn't see or treat. MEDICAL CARE IS DECLINING. Overall it was great. I felt like both the doctors actually listened to me. They allowed my family to come sit with me.
