This was one of the worst and most dismissive medical experiences of my life. Visited on June 8, 2026 with severe pelvic pain and a documented history of ovarian cyst rupture and torsion, as well as existing diagnoses of PCOS and endometriosis. Spent 4.5 hours without food or water. Despite being told I could not eat or drink in case of surgery, I was never provided IV fluids at any point during my visit. There was no wait time at all to be seen. Very convenient ER service and great staff. The X-ray technician was great, she knew exactly how to get the best images and to position my son due to his severe scoliosis'. Even the doctor said we were lucky to get the right image of his lungs to be able to see pneumonia. Thank goodness found it and treated it early on. I will for sure go back here for ER care.
