They are very rude. The ct old man in the front did not want to test my kids for covid. Then called another curly hair nurse to the front who was extremely rude. And made it very clear it was a bother to work there. Making all types of hand gestures. Made it very clear We were bothering them during their empty e.r center with no patients. Worse place to go.
This is hands down the best urgent care facility in all of San Antonio and the only one I visit as well as bring my family to. Nurse Katherine is always informative, caring, has great bed side manner and a light hand for someone like me who doesn't like shots. This facility is always clean, thorough and with their great staff I go out of my way to come here because they can see you from start to finish in record time. I felt listened to and respected by Dr. Cross and his staff while being treated, and left feeling much better. The gentleman at the front desk was also very compassionate and caring, as were all staff I encountered.
