I like to read other reviews and see what kind of experiences others have - tho this does not influence my review. I do not put any stock in those who leave just one star with no reason If you look up Dr Wyatt and Angela Miller, FNPC separately, they each have high ratings. Wow! Reviews are everything. I wanted to become a patient of Dr. Wyatt. Needing a primary care dr. I guess I will continue to look. (sad face)
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Donna Wyatt, MD (Family Medicine) and Angela Miller, NP at Christus in Bossier. From the beginning, Dr. Wyatt was consistently rude and dismissive. After just two visits, she passed me off to her Nurse Practitioner, Angela Miller, who displayed clear racial bias and negligence in my care. Because of their lack of professionalism, I was forced to find a new primary care doctor—only to later discover that I was experiencing a relapse of Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which they failed to properly addr... read more
Lazy and incompetent. They don't care if the billing is wrong, will give the runaround and not take care of the problem or make stupid excuses to the Christus billing department for charging you for things you don't owe. If they don't get both bills fixed after their investigation, I will get the ball rolling to have them charged with fraud, for upcoding and duplicate charging. Update: Suddenly it's fixed!! It's about time!!
