We always get excellent care at the ER. The Staff and Doctors listen and take care of what is wrong. We have always had excellent care. My husband's life has been saved on more than one occasion at this hospital.
Rn nurse Julia Griffin in the ER was completely unprofessional. The nurse was pulling too aggresively on my 5 year old daughters arm. When she did the strep throat test she shoved it so far back and so hard that my daughter ended up vomiting and crying from the pain the nurse caused to her throat. This nurse showed no sympathy what so ever towars my 5 year old daughter. I did end up asking for a different nurse. This is completely unacceptable behavior.
