Unlike other ERs, this ER will not forget you are waiting. They will take care of your needs in an efficient way and get you in and out as soon a medically prudent. Thorough, caring, professional and they won't forget you are there.
One of the first bad experiences: wheeling a wheelchair out for my grandmother (who has mobility issues) and then walking away without helping her get in the wheelchair. Separate experience, with same grandmother: they give her beef tips and raw vegetables to eat…when she has no teeth. They then proceeded to tell her to just eat what she can after being reminded of her lack of teeth… So you can imagine how much (or how little) she could eat. Don’t understand how this is acceptable.
