I was very worried since i just moved to Beaumont from Houston, but i was wrong ! Texas Oncoha e been amazing.
I moved to Louisiana from Austin where I was originally dx with leukemia but I drive to Beaumont cuz I wanted to stay with Texas oncology and due to my insurance. I see dr Schacner and He made me feel welcomed from day 1 and explains everything to me. Front desk I would give 3 stars due to messages not getting to the nurse or doctor or it taking 3 days to call me back to set up an appointment. But I love dr Schacner and his nurse.
Excellent care
Front desk was rude. Took over three hours to get blood work done. After getting blood work done, we were told it would be a short wait. One hour later we are still here, the doctor was talking a coffee break. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth the hassle.
I was a patient here in june of 2007 and was treated with the greatest care, Dr. Jay Schachner was my oncologist and I cant say enough good things about him as he was the best. I also called in after hours for a problem and spoke to Dr. Patibandla who help me get a script for the pharmacy. Everyone there was most helpfull.
