Honestly this is the best ER I have ever been to. Went in with high heart rate and flu symptoms. Dr. Maynard suggested Viral upper respiratory infection and dehydration. Afterwards a few quick test confirmed her diagnosis. Admin staff and nursing staff wonderful and the place was very clean! Awesome job! Our go to place for ER treatment from now on. Ps (I even overheard a nurse say we have a person coming in with high blood pressure/dizziness coming in, be prepared). It was like watching one of those medical shows on TV wher... read more
The entire staff was AMAZING! They were attentive and kind. It is hard to find hospitals/ urgent care facilities that are actually willing to provide care. This place was a breath of fresh air 💗🙏🏾
Usually stay away from ER in this area but I needed to bring my mom in quickly so decided to give them a chance. They were so quick and attentive to her. We were in and out in the hour. Very grateful for a positive experience. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of her and seeing her quickly. Dr. Ceaser was great.
Everyone there was sweet EXCEPT Dr S Gil since the moment I met him he was being rude. Gave me a rude look and then when I call to ask if he could fax the referral that this other hospital asked for he said “I don’t have nothing for you whatever you got is all. I have nothing” again in a rude tone. If you can avoid this Dr and get a different one I definitely would!
This is by far the best place i’ve ever been! I’ve been to many hospitals and emergency rooms. Top quality care from the moment I walked until I walked out. After a very short wait in the waiting room the nurse came and got my daughter. The doctor and other staff immediately engaged in her care with compassion and professionalism. Total quality and care. I completely felt at ease and have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone at CHRISTUS HEALTH EMERGENCY ROOM. They will treat you right.
