It was a horrible experience , never again will we go there .
Very poor patient care. I saw the nurse & doctor when I arrived. Dr Maynard said she was ordering labs, fluids, & antibiotics for me. After an hour and a half of not seeing a single person after that, no IV was ever started and no medications were ever given to me. I left AMA and received care elsewhere. They also told me they have 2 nurses working, which I think is unacceptable in an ER setting. Would NOT recommend this ER.
Honestly this is the best ER I have ever been to. Went in with high heart rate and flu symptoms. Dr. Maynard suggested Viral upper respiratory infection and dehydration. Afterwards a few quick test confirmed her diagnosis. Admin staff and nursing staff wonderful and the place was very clean! Awesome job! Our go to place for ER treatment from now on. Ps (I even overheard a nurse say we have a person coming in with high blood pressure/dizziness coming in, be prepared). It was like watching one of those medical shows on TV wher... read more
The entire staff was AMAZING! They were attentive and kind. It is hard to find hospitals/ urgent care facilities that are actually willing to provide care. This place was a breath of fresh air 💗🙏🏾
Usually stay away from ER in this area but I needed to bring my mom in quickly so decided to give them a chance. They were so quick and attentive to her. We were in and out in the hour. Very grateful for a positive experience. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of her and seeing her quickly. Dr. Ceaser was great.
