I hope not to ever go back to the ER but if I do, this is the type of service I'd expect.
Usually NOT the hospital I would choose. But this early morning visit was the best we have had in a great while. Maybe they are getting better nurses/doctors idk. But it was actually a grest visit for my daughter's mild concussion.
A good experience with excellent care and good outcome at Christus Good Shepherd ER
Grateful to have an ER close by but the wait time here is too long. People in pain, triage takes forever. Do you need more staff?
