The nursing staff was compassionate and considerate keeping me aware of everything even while patients were steadily coming through from EMS with more serious concerns.
If i could give 0 stars i would. I took my sister in for stomach pain. We never made it to a room and was there 5 hours. They stated all rooms were booked but watched other people go back that came in after us. We asked to have theIV removed twice and i ended up having to take it out at home. Called to say it was her gallbladder but how can i even trust them when they didn’t treat us like we’re human.
The experience was absolutely wonderful, and I was very pleased with the care I received.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 3 trips to the ER before they hospitalized me and transferred me to Longview. After the first 2 times of being neglected I went to HHER where my diagnosis were completely different and was treated like a human...the 3rd time I suffered a seizure and they tried to make me out to be a pain med seeker which the doctor Joyce Jackson has bad bedside manners who sat there and argued back and forth with me until I started crying.
