The staff schedule appointments for patients but then you wait well over an hour and twenty minutes and still no doctor. They are not concerned about the fact that their patients time. Practices want to charge a fee for a patient cancelling without at 24 hour notice but yet don't want to respect the patients time. Tired of waiting to see the doctor when I'm sick so finally gave them notice that I am terminating them as my pcp. If you don't mind waiting then by all means consider them.

I had an appt at two a o'clock, a few other patience there. Didn't get seen until two thrity. My patience was very thin,, sorry but was the worst visit EVER. Always gave a five but this time was the worst. Sorry Dr, , hope i get the courge to come back. Symptoms were personal. Blood pressure Totaly up.
The Doctor takes his time and we are always in and out! It's the office mangager, that can't return calls! It took 5 month to get referrals to a few specialist and still waiting to hear!
Went in got checked. Dr. Jorge Ramirez is a great doctor. He takes time and listens to you. The nurses are very nice pleasant and patient.
Went in with sores to my legs, that ended up being MRSA-- hope they cleaned the seats I sat in. When I went to the back sat in a room for 2 hours for the PA to come in and draw lines around my sores to tell me if they were going outside of the lines to just go to the ER, and was going to leave it at that; when I OPENED the sore she decided we should culture it, three days later I was getting worse not better they told me just to go to ER but the culture results were not in (therefore the ER was pointless) when I got mad and ... read more
