Very disappointed with this office. After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes, I was told that they only have one doctor accepting new patients, and the earliest available appointment with that doctor is not until March next year.It is extremely frustrating that a medical office with these kinds of costs and charges to insurance has such limited availability for new patients. What can I say that hasn't been said! Only reason I come here is cuz of Dr Ramirez i feel he's a good dr.but I have been in lobby/waiting area n I kno these women r not always bz so why is it that they take 20 -30 mins to answer the phone if at all! I hv no idea!feels like theyre just waiting on u to hang up while they twiddle their thumbs!

For the Nurse station for Doctor Gordo is very rude. She wants to hurry up and get off the phone. She won’t hear the clients out. She gets very frustrated when the client is trying to explain something don’t work at a doctors office just for pay. I love your client hear your clients out their life. Basically depends on you for their medication and for them to explain what they’re missing to you when you get frustrated is not professional. I waited months to write this from a level-headed place. Don’t go here if you care about privacy, hygiene, or clinical safety. Privacy concerns: I could hear a complete rectal exam through closed doors—clinical details, patient sounds, and family translation calls. Staff discussed patient information audibly in hallways.
