First, I’ll say that the staff here is very nice and caring, and we have no complaints about the quality of care, BUT the scheduling is absolutely awful. They have you check in online, then ask you to show up 15 minutes early, and even then you’ll sit alone in a room for up to an hour every single time. Unacceptable..

This review is for the Christus Trinity Clinic in Portland, Texas. The waiting room is well-lit with natural light from the windows and not too crowded, so the wait was not bad. The parking lot is plenty big and wasn't full with a short walk to the front door. The facility inside and out seems clean and new. The receptionist was pleasant and looked me in the face when we talked instead of treating me like just a date-of-birth to process and file.
