To start off let me express my true feelings about the state of the medical care in the coastal bend, Texas. I have been here for 7 years now and we went through several Doctors offices with very bad outcomes. From the office staff lying to not conducting themselves in a professional manor (to say the least). This all changed when I began seeing Cheryle Gordon at The Trinity Clinic In Portland Texas. Dr. Gordon is the best doctor ever, I have no complaints about her or any of her nurses or office staff except for Lyra, I’ve never met anyone so rude and disrespectful she practically called me a liar. She called me and said “I have called and told you you need to change your pcp on insurance” very rude and never once did she call me and then preceded to try and say that she’s been calling which is in fact not true, then demanded me to do it then and there. Office personnel are polite and helpful. Doctor Jorge and Cheryl are very attentive and show genuine care for my well being.
