The doctor is great, but some of the staff is pretty rude. Needless to say i will be going elsewhere from now on.
Dr. William Pickard at Christus Family Health is outstanding. He's a highly knowledgeable and caring physician who takes the time to listen and provide excellent medical care. I trust Dr. Pickard and the Christus Trinity Clinic completely with my health, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality healthcare.
I do not recommend this doctor to anyone! Staff is extremely rude, doesn’t take concerns seriously nor does the doctor.

I absolutely LOVE both Dr. Pickards. By far wonderful bedside manners, they listen to you and truly seem like they care. Now, that Brandi at the front of the office.. let me tell you she has the BEST personality ever. I always enjoy when she answers the phone she is extremely whitty and full of personality. She always makes me laugh with her funny sarcasm. Definitely one of my favorite employees there!
