I made an appointment through Community Care. They called me to make the appointment and then a month later they called to reschedule because the doctor wasn't taking new patients. They proceeded to reschedule and cancel 4 more times, over a 5 month period. Finally, I asked them if they were going to continue the pattern and she said "yes". I asked if they wanted to see patients from the VA and she said "no". So, after 5 months of lying, the "Christian based" hospital told the truth. If you're a vet, don't schedule here. As someone new to the area, I made an appt at this clinic to establish care with a provider. I was very impressed with the facilities and the service that I received. I saw Alana Day, NP, and she was very nice and welcoming. I am glad to have found a clinic that meets my needs on my very first "try!"
I absolutely LOVE Dr George. The way she and her staff serve personally has changed the way I feel about going to the doctor for annual exams. I used the data from my chart to create a plan for a healthier me, and I followed Dr George’s advice. In one year, I see a difference! I love the convenient portal for pay, communication, prescriptions, test results, etc.
Staff was very friendly and the Dr Greggory Angier was very detailed and his nurse was super sweet also.
Tried to go to Collum and Carney to my regular dr for ear infxn. Because I had a fever, they suggested I go here to get tested for COViD. So I call them about 11 and they answer and tell me to just drive up outside and call when I get here and they’ll get me checked in. I pull up at 130. Call the number on the door... Ring... ring... then lab answers. She transfers me to the front desk. Ring... ring... no answer. So I walk in and tell them my situation.
