My handicapped grandson has a health problem that can take his life and we are here now . The technician just told him that it was a waste of his time trying to get a vein for his IV and made my grandson apologize. He told my grandson that they are here just to put bandages on people and send them home. Now that's sorry.
Terrible experience here. The NP did not want to treat me. The nitrate wasn’t working for my chest pain (I have 3 stents in my heart and microvascular dysfunction) and they refused to give me anything else for the pain. The nurse I had (male Nurse was wonderful) he was the only good thing about this experience. If you are looking for pain relief, you will not get that here.
Horrible care at this ER. They Refused to treat my pain when I have a heart condition and stents in my heart, and was having chest pain. They also contacted Dr Patel who was on call, who refused to treat me when I was admitted into the ER weeks ago. This facility was horrible. Dr Patel (cardiology) is horrible and arrogant. They do everything they can to get around treating your pain, claiming that everyone these days wants drugs. I would NOT go here if you expect them to help you manage pain.
Warning! You'd better have some deep pockets. I had 6 stitches placed in a cut on my little finger. The bill was over $4500. I can assure you I will never return.
Dr. J BALES is so rude and disrespectful. I came in because I had I guess you could say pinworms in my stool something I’ve never experienced before in my 35 years of living. Had been to the hospital 48 hours prior to discovering it and he came in and went off saying “that’s something you tell a dr when you come” but I’d discussed it with the nurse she just didn’t tell him that yet because she was still doing triage when he stormed in.
