Great hospital and good care. Quick response, good explanation
I had to go to the emergency room in Lindale because the urgent care was closed on a Saturday. I explained I didn’t need urgent care that my case wasn’t an emergency and I was assured it was ok. Then I get charged over $4000 for seeing a Dr for two minutes just so he can give me a prescription. A lady ran in and made me sign paperwork over the charges and when I saw how expensive it was I asked her about it and she rudely looked down on me and said condescendingly “it’s an emergency room.” Yeah an empty one and now I know wh... read more
I fell and hurt my shoulder and went to CHRISTUS Lindale ER. I was seen not long after I got there and was treated kindly and compassionately. All of the staff were very thorough and professional. I never felt rushed. I hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I do, it will be at CHRISTUS Lindale ER and it is the ER I would want my family and friends to go. I give them 10 stars.
