5 stars for me because they called me back before they finished checking me in. Joanie and Billy were absolutely amazing today. Joanie made me feel very comfortable, and Billy was very skilled with the IV! Thank you both for your kindness.

asked for them to come wheelchair my nana out of my car and they looked at me like i was stupid and pointed next to the wheelchairs and told me to do it myself. i also watched them do this to another lady that needed someone wheelchaired out her car. never heard of an er that refuses to do something as basic as that.
No delay in seeing the ER staff and doctor. The staff was considerate of your needs and answered my questions. Waiting time from the front desk to dismissal was great. Have no complaints!
