DO NOT go to the Christus ER. They don’t even do seizure precautions correctly, even if you’re there for a seizure. Only one bed rail ail up and NONE padded. They let you sit with blood pressure 192/100 and then have the audacity to be rude when you ask for pain medication for your head. They instead offer Tylenol and compazine as if we don’t know that’s not going to work! You can tell them you’ve already tried that previously but they don’t care. They’d rather you sit in pain. Thank you Dr. Burnette, Carol, Sandy, Russell, and Keke for taking care of me yesterday. The facility is clean and comfy and yall are always so sweet.
Thank you all for taking such good care of me! Everyone was exceptional! Keke in registration got me right in; the care team took wonderful care of me-Sandy, Devinne, Trevin, and Dr Juan were the best. Mark is wonderful in Xray. I am thankful for all of you! Please forgive me if I forgot anyone.
Aug. 20 went to ER and the staff was WONDERFUL. Jessica and rest of the team their handled everything in a timely manner. Explained everything to my understanding
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care I received at CHRISTUS Emergency Room in Henderson, Texas. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Lindsey, Jessica, and Josh were absolutely wonderful. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout my visit.
