My doctor sent me in for an ultrasound recently. Lauren, Shana, Sanaa, and Natalie were the most professional, personable, and competent folks. I was in and out quickly. The ladies were kind and efficient. I would give them the highest rating.
This place is awesome. I especially loved that handsome nurse Josh. He was the best!
On tour with my band, and I couldn't hear out of either ear. I thought it was an ear infection, but Dr. Meek at the facility had RN Nick clean both my ears out. And within an hour I could hear perfectly again. They were the sweetest folks and treated me and my bandmates like gold. Outstanding service.
I would not recommend this location. We showed up because we were afraid our child had meningitis, but it ended up being the flu. When we arrived, I expressed that we did not want treatment here of we were going to be receiving a $1000 bill for care and that we would rather drive to Longview where we knew we could be seen for a copay. I was assured that they accepted our insurance and we would not receive a large bill. Cut to a couple months later, and we received a $1,300 bill in the mail that we have no way to pay.
