I have a parent that uses this office as a primary care provider. As others state, they rarely answer the phone. When calling for lab results, you are forwarded to voicemail and no one ever calls back with results. That said, I do like Anna and the other providers but how difficult should it really be to get someone to call you back with lab results?

My husband went there to get ekg. He said no one talked to him. Had a bad attitude. He spoke to the person doing the ekg. She didn’t say anything back. She said get on the table. Did the ekg. She handed it to him without saying anything. He said he will never go back there again. What is wrong with people that they Don treat others as humans? Does it hurt to smile? No one there smiled. Very real de. Come on people I know y’all can do better than that
