Literally impossible to get ANYONE on the phone. You spend 3 hours in the waiting room just to be called back, and then another 2 hours waiting in a room to be seen by someone and lately they just send a student in there, and you either see the NP for 2 minutes, or not at all. I've been trying to get a referral for an OBGYN for a couple weeks now and it feels impossible when going through this clinic.
How is this place even open? First of all the lady at the front desk insinuated my fiancé was a wife beater. She was nothing but rude, and when I called to file a complaint there was nothing anyone could do. Please if you care about your health do NOT go here.

Marketed and disguised as an urgent care facility but they will bill your visit as a specialty clinic/outpatient center. So your $30-50 co-pay cost turns into a $500 bill real quick. Then they will send their internal collections department TLR to hound you relentlessly to pay your bill.
