I called seeking guidance on whether my son needed to be seen based on repeated vomiting and inability to keep fluids down. The person who answered, Patrick, was dismissive and said, ‘Well I can’t see your kid so I don’t know.’ I understand limitations over the phone, but I was simply trying to reach a triage or nurse line for direction. Thumbs down to you patrick if you don’t want to work in healthcare don’t, speaking from someone in healthcare.
Excellent compassionate care by the physician and RN’s. Highly recommended!!
