Took my son there a few days ago and the nurse at the front desk checking in patients was incredibly rude. I didn’t get her name but as soon as we walked in, it seemed as if we were a bother to her. Mind you the lobby was empty being as it was a Sunday around 8 am. Not sure what her problem was but she talked down to me as if I knew nothing and even my mother who accompanied me was just as shocked to hear her speaking the way she was to me. I kept calm for my son’s sake but I will never take my kids there again.

Highly recommend Christus Children’s (all locations as we’ve had great experiences at them all), but definitely this one. We had gone to Methodist for my son due to difficulty breathing and they brushed it off after checking his oxygen. We came here, they listened to his lungs within minutes of us getting here and immediately took him back. I’ll always bring my kids here.

Disappointed by Front Desk Staff This Time I brought my daughter to this ER because of the great experience I had in the past when I brought my niece—friendly staff, fast service, and excellent care. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The front desk staff member, Yolanda, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. My children have been here a few times over the last year (boys 😅) and despite the stress of visiting the ER - I am ALWAYS met with kind, caring professionals that really take the time to deal with whatever issue we are having.
