Brought my child to Santa Rosa Hospital in late hours for a quick checkup and had an outstanding experience. The service was quick, and the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. We felt cared for from start to finish—highly recommend.

My son has autism and is non-verbal, the evening shift doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing. As a concerned mother everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. My son does not take medicine and it’s so stressful to hear the word infection. I was able to return 5 days in a row so he could be given a shot of antibiotic. At this point we met 4-5 nurses a night. Every one of them demonstrated great team work and professionalism when treating my non-compliant son. Took my son there a few days ago and the nurse at the front desk checking in patients was incredibly rude. I didn’t get her name but as soon as we walked in, it seemed as if we were a bother to her. Mind you the lobby was empty being as it was a Sunday around 8 am. Not sure what her problem was but she talked down to me as if I knew nothing and even my mother who accompanied me was just as shocked to hear her speaking the way she was to me. I kept calm for my son’s sake but I will never take my kids there again.
