Our experience with Christou was nothing short of traumatic. If I could rate them any lower than 1 star I would. I noticed 5 star ratings which weren't there before and I am assuming he has tried to get his landlords to give him high rating to undermine his real ratings on google. This assumption is because he had asked us for the same. I rented a place from this real estate agent for a few years and they were ok to deal with but not really exceptional. So far behind the times with everything being manual and an awful website. They used to email me properties without consent and didn’t have an unsubscribe button. I asked them to take me off many times but they didn’t. As I am a property buyer, seller, landlord and renter, I’m going to approach this review from the perspective of each individually. If you’re after the TL;DR it’s avoid this business like the plague. If you’re interested why, please read on. As a landlord: a revolving door of property managers means you’ll find it hard to get consistent, attentive service.
