I mean this very genuinely. I’m not the type to leave reviews anywhere. I find it corny but the way that management handles maintenance and request is the best I have ever seen. I put in a request for my broken AC and the following day they provided me with a new one up-to-date and fix and every other maintenance request that I’ve had since I moved in three months ago has been taken care of the very next morning genuinely very appreciative of the maintenance crew and the management. thank you all for all the hard work you do

First off: They’ve had every employee create a Google account and rate it 5 stars because of the negative feedback. Just a heads up. Now onto the review!!—-> I’ve lived here for 3 years due to convenience of the location. I have received a notice for pests (roaches specifically) 3 separate times in the last year. We pay $1,175/month for a one bedroom. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve never gone out of my way to chastise a property, however all the residents feel the same way.
