Dr. Wiesner was one of the best ER Dr's I have ever encountered. I was seen prior in the ER at Queens ER in Hawaii due to a fall. No fractures or breaks were found on the x-ray and it was suggested that an MRI was needed as soon as I returned home. I followed up with my PCP the day after I returned and they stated it was just a sprain, it was fine to walk on with the boot and crutches, and stated to use Voltaren for the pain as well as start up with PT. Dr Weisner showed excellent professionalism during my visit. He was very thorough and I left the emergency room with excellent treatment.
Was given 350mgs of Iodine contrast on a unnecessary CT scan. The benefits did not outweigh the dangers. Toxic poisons that instantly felt like way to much. Couldn't walk after that. This Dr and the nurse asked me why I couldn't walk. I said it the Iodine contrast. They both chimed Iodine wouldn't cause that. It most definitely did and I believe he knew it. Brain fog was instant. Now at home I have been awake all night. At 1am my brain blew, pain is the worst ive ever felt in my life. Your not supposed to give Iodine contras... read more
