Made an appointment because my ear started hurting on Friday went in on Monday PA looked in my ear and said it is not inflamed and you do not have wax in your ear, I stated that I have pain and her reply was sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. So I asked her if she would refer me to a ENT and she said I can give you a card but the person that does our referral is out sick.
