Very nice, knowledgeable and passionate!
DR Waggoner was concern about my blood pressure and raise my medication. He is allways very polite and professional in medical field . I consider him a great asset to Illini rural health and people of pike County and surrounding counties. His staff exspecial nurse Emily is very caring and professional at her profession. I never have to wait long at all for there service and would consider any of staff a great loss if they were to seek other employment in there field. Doctor Wagoner and all of his staff are always fantastic. My only issues have always been with Blessing/Illini's BILLING, but these surveys never ask about satisfaction with BILLING. The doc and his staff are absolutely top notch. Blessing/Illini's billing and issues with billing... not so much.
Appt. Minimum wait, Nurse & Doctor very proficient getting to problem.
I always enjoy seeing Dr. Wagoner. He is so helpful and keeps me on track for my best health. The staff in his office are always friendly and helpful.
