Fast, friendly and professional.
Dr Palmer is just great . He is Very personable, communicative & knowledgeable. The staff too are highly professional, courteous and efficient. From X-Rays to discussing all treatment options for my knees to getting cortisone shots right there in the office were covered in just one visit. REALLY great!! Highly recommend his practice.
We met with Dr. Palmer a few days ago to discuss possible total knee replacement surgery for me. It was a positive and negative experience. First, the negative. My appointment was at 2:30 and we didn't see him until 3:55 pm. This was our first time seeing him, and we were very frustrated with the wait. We almost left after an hour of waiting.
