I made my consult visit with Dr Palmer after my husband saw him for the first time. He was kind and took the time to explain the situation and the process of the surgery. My husband is recovering well from his knee replacement. He is going to the PT facility at Signature Orthopedics and they have been great. Everyone on the staff has been exceptionally helpful and pleasant. This makes the prospect of my surgery much easier.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I stated before surgery that I was allergic to nickel. Dr Palmer did not care. He put a new knee WITH NICKEL in my leg. Knowing that I was allergic. I was in so much pain he had to redo it again. The second one he put into me also had nickel. I got infections in my knee both times. He failed to tell me that I had nickel in the 2nd knee. This was my first visit since my previous Dr. retired and I was very pleased. All my questions weee answered and I didn’t feel like just a number. Dr Palmer was to the point but very caring! I would highly recommend him.
Dr Palmer and his team did a total knee reconstruction on my left knee in 2024 and it is doing great and now , in 2026, I’m going to have them do my right knee. I was not only happy with the results of my first knee surgery but from the first time I went to his office all the way through the surgery process everyone involved was extremely nice to work with me.
