I was having difficulty with one of my hearing aids and called Advanced Audiology for an appointment. Even though they didn't sell the brand that I had, Dr. Cox agreed to see me. In a few minutes Dr. Cox fixed the problem and sent me on my way...at no charge!!!
I wasn't sure what going to get a hearing test or hearing aid was going to be like, but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences in my life. I was treated like I was the best friend of Dr. Cox and RE. All fear was replaced with trust and care. I got my hearing back and new friends too. I highly recommend going to Advanced Audiology. You'll leave a very satisfied customer and want to go back just to stop and say hello. Thank you Christopher and REE , this a fun place to go. I hear you! Yay!
