I had a really positive experience with Dr. Vittori. He is incredibly thorough, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, and made sure I felt heard throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how clearly he explained everything and outlined next steps—it gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with my care. That said, my experience at check-in was disappointing. The secretary came across as rude and somewhat insensitive, which made the start of the visit uncomfortable.
