I recently visited Mr. Tuck's office concerning an old unused Right-of-Way on my property. We spent approximately 20-30 minutes discussing the law and my options. When the visit ended, I asked about the fee and was pleasantly surprised to hear him say there would be no fee. When questioned further, he repeated that there would not be a fee for the consultation. Rude and hateful talks down to people with mental health problems and with disabilities.
He is the best attorney I've ever seen. It was 11yrs ago that he got my case in Blacksburg and now I accidentally needed the document with respect the case that is in 11yrs ago. I obviously did not have the document and I contact to him. He solved it!!!
