Build to rent is taking away from the American dream. I rented from there guys and would never do it again. STOP monetizing the middle class!
Our initial enthusiasm for our new community was short-lived, as it became a nightmare. Upon returning from vacation on September 2nd, we found our cars missing. Despite repeated attempts to contact the office and answering service, we received no support. We incurred a $600 expense to recover our vehicles due to delayed registration stickers. I am extremely disheartened with the management of Christopher Todd's community, particularly the Mountain View Manager in Surprise, who failed to notify us via email or phone.
