The agency is great but Allstate sucks
Fortunately, I have not had to file insurance claims in some time. I am 78 years old, and have been insured with Allstate since the age of 14. I have been a client of the Christopher Thom agency for many years and feel that I can chat personally with Christopher and his staff when I have a question or need advice/information about insurance issues.
Great customer service.
This agency has been supportive although we haven't had any claims. However: Their online website and services are excellent and easy to navigate.
