I am seriously disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from my agent. Where is he? Should I change agents? Should I change companies?
I emailed my agent on February 18 and it’s now February 26 with no reply back. When you call the office it goes through all of this automated then on home for 15+ minutes. Not very good customer service if you ask me.
