Their team really made my first experience as pleasant as possible. My team: Paul(check-in nurse and IV), Thomas(anesthesiology), Shy(bp cuff, etc prep), Leena(procedure nurse assistant) and Dr. Tan were all friendly and professional. They put me at ease, with a particular shout out to Paul and Thomas who made an extra effort. From scheduling to being escorted out afterward, everything was pleasant and easy.
