Down to earth, honest about what I was going to experience after surgery. Best of all, I can breath through my nose for the first time in my life! When I had post op issues, he fit me in and offered an even better solution than I thought I would have to deal with. If you are a super sensitive person that just wants a doctor to tell you what you want to hear instead of the truth..... maybe Dr. Stevens honesty is not for you.
In 2020 Dr. Stevens removed a cyst in my nasal cavity, repaired a deviated septum, and cleared all the gunk out! He was PHENOMENAL with me, so when my husband needed nasal surgery it was a no brainer. He treated my husband great, was honest about the upcoming procedure and recovery.
This man is a piece of s#$%. He was rude to me and very rude to my Autistic son... He basically said my sons "bad" behavior is whats causing the noise in his throat. Then said he had small tonsils without even seeing them or checking. Told me a autistic child cant go under. I told him my son went under for his teeth. He continued to tell me to have the dentist take his tonsils out then. Screaming saying I ain't taking your son tonsils out. No concept of time at the Batesville office. Been there 6 times and waited 45-60 minutes after my appointment time. One time a lady came in 20 minutes late and they let her in even though I had been waiting for 30 minutes and was on time to my appointment. Get your scheduling together!!
