I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service—or lack thereof—from Christopher Stephens Cleaning Service. I booked a deep clean two weeks in advance for a move-out inspection, which is already a highly stressful time. The morning of the appointment came, and nobody showed up. I wish I had checked other reviews before hiring Christopher Stephens Cleaning Service. The crew they sent to my home was incredibly careless. While cleaning my living room, one of the workers knocked over a ceramic vase that had immense sentimental value to my family. Instead of apologizing and alerting me immediately, they tried to hide the broken pieces behind the trash can. I only discovered it after they left. Classic bait-and-switch tactics. I received an initial quote online based on my square footage and the exact parameters of my house. However, as soon as the cleaners arrived, they began complaining that the house was "larger than expected" and that they would need to charge an extra $150 to complete the job. Chris and his team did an amazing and thorough job cleaning my suite. It turned out to be a bigger job yet he was able to fit me in to his schedule. He went above and beyond and was extremely responsive , detailed and customer - focused. Excellent communication , great preparation and updates along the way. This is my 2nd time using his team and I won’t hesitate to call him again. Thx Chris and Team.
