We have guardianship of our 3 grandbabies. We researched pediatricians before deciding who to take them to. Im so glad we chose Dr. Sorrell. He is a wonderful and great with the kids. Everyone in his office is so nice and caring. We wouldn't take them to anyone else. Thank you to everyone in his office.

Adoptive mom trying to set up a follow up appt for NICU discharge. Everything was explained thoroughly about the adoption process. Shelly got in chart & shared the birth moms address which is a hippa violation. Then told me she can't change the name in the chart (which she shouldn't because the baby is still in the NICU) & super focused on facts that really aren't relevant to her. Then she transfers me to her supervisor Carissa who refuses to actually listen & tells me they cannot see the baby unless the adoption is finalize... read more
Very nice, caring guy. But the wait time in the office is a little ridiculous. Most of the time we end up waiting around an hour. And we usually come after 4, so it's not even busy. Last time we came, everyone was in a rush to get out of the office after our appointment and prescriptions never got sent in.
