Had an appointment this morning at 10am...get there an the girl at the front desk tells me that I called to cancel, which I did not cancel. I called a couple of weeks ago to inform the office that I had a new insurance, was making sure they took it. Not once did I say I was cancelling appointment, This person was very rude!! I have never been treated this way...the staff has always been so nice. this new person was not!!
Very pleasant. Dr. Sorokolit and his staff take the time to make sure their patients are heard and provide all the information before you as the patient make your own decision. My son started seeing him at 4 and he took exceptional care of him, now it’s mom’s turn.
