Had to have an emergency stent done 10/21 due to an infection that turned septic because Dr Slayden nor MMH ER would give me antibiotics. 6 mm stone was stuck in ureter. Constant pain & spasms for 3 weeks after emergency surgery. Was given Tramadol for pain which didn't help at all. Had lithotripsy and a new stent placed 11/21. Still had constant pain and spasms, no relief with Tylenol 3. Then had 2nd stent removed 5 days later. A week after 2nd stent I was still in pain. Took two days to get ahold of someone in the office t... read more

Worst customer service EVER. It's so sad how nobody can answer the customer's calls over there!!!!
