"In 2016 I had a lypoma on my neck. He botched the biopsy and caused major nerve damage in my neck. I have a winged scapula. My shoulder is rolled forward. The day after the biopsy I told him that my shoulder was rolled forward as a result of the biopsy and that there was a crease in my chest muscle revealing this as well. He shrugged it off and kind of laughed and snickered. I should have immediately reported this to the hospital. I really messed up. This was a major law suit."
Dr. Scipione is a very kind and considerate physician, and a great surgeon. Dr. Scipione did my surgery this year, in 2025. I was admitted to the hospital after being seen in the ER, and he did my surgery the following day in the Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe hospital. On the day of the surgery, when I saw him, he talked to me in detail about the surgery, the medications I would take after, as well as any past surgeries I had had. I had a very good experience with Dr. Scipione. Jennifer and Elexis were both extremely helpful with answering my questions and scheuling my procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr Scipione and his office.
