My fiance Charles was supposed to have knee surgery, an insurance issue arraised when he showed up for the surgery, we fixed it. We've called twice to reschedule and never called us back!
Went to hawthorn and was disgusted with my care.. Dr Robertson was the best..he explained everything and surgery was great
