Chris is a phenomenal remedial massage therapist. I have been to a lot of remedial therapist and no one comes close to his expertise. Chris has mastered how to elevate the pain you may be experiencing by using a variety of different massage techniques and needling to get results quickly. In the past I have had massages and although they may feel lovely they are not focusing on the problem the way Chris does. A foot injury with torn ligaments had me visiting physios for the past 2 years. Although the injury improved scar tissue began to form around the injury which started to restrict flexibility and movement in my foot causing pain. The physio sessions failed to address the problem which eventually became chronic. I decided to search for remedial massage to help break down the scar tissue and luckily came across Christopher's website. I have been working in sedentary jobs for 4 almost decades.
