Chris was amazing for my rehab and recovery. I had an ACL reconstruction and meniscal repair 8 months ago and had a lot of scar tissue and restriction; and Chris has helped break that down for me and improve my deep flexion significantly. Every time I see Chris, I gain an extra cm of deep flexion afterwards. Thank you Chris!

I’ve had two sessions with Chris and the results have been great. His treatment helped identify issues with my feet and guided me to see a podiatrist for better foot health. I’ve also noticed a big improvement in my yoga practice thanks to the work we’ve done. Chris explains everything clearly, so I always leave feeling better and more informed. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to numerous massage therapists, chiropractors, and other specialists over the years with varying degrees of success, but Chris surpasses them all. Chris is a phenomenal remedial massage therapist. I have been to a lot of remedial therapist and no one comes close to his expertise. Chris has mastered how to elevate the pain you may be experiencing by using a variety of different massage techniques and needling to get results quickly. In the past I have had massages and although they may feel lovely they are not focusing on the problem the way Chris does.
