This office is absolutely ridiculous.They messed up my appointment by a whole day and scheduled me on the wrong day even though I had a long conversation with the receptionist about being scheduled around my work schedule. Dr. Christopher Michael’s, along with Dr. Epstein & Dr. Miller are one of the best top providers. Their team is one the most professional, knowledgeable and caring out there. If you are looking for a team who can carry you through the best possible solutions, this is it. I came to Dr. Michael’s practice back in 2020 on a second pregnancy. They went above and beyond, they encouraged me to do a VBACK. Fast forward to now, they are assisting me with my first set of twins. I couldn’t ask for a better support team.
This practice dropped my daughter as a patient for a missed appointment. The office manager proceeded to inform me that due to the missed appointment and the fact that my daughter was high risk they had to drop her as a patient. When I called to try to make things right the office manager told me it was too late. Imagine how I felt being told my daughter was HIGH RISK BUT SORRY WE CANT HELP HER.
