At the recommendation of my physician, I scheduled an appt. with the first available urologist at Crystal Run in Monroe, two months in advance; the Nyack offices do not have a urologist on staff. The appt. was for 3/10/2025 at 7:45 a.m. It’s a 45 minute drive from my home. I got to the Monroe office around 7:35 a.m., was checked in and waited and waited. I would recommend Dr. Han to anyone who wants thorough & smart care. Although I am not a fan of Crystal Run Healthcare, Dr. Han stands out as a first rate Urologist who covers the bases from 1-10. We were dealing w/bladder cancer & he did every test required to make sure there was no spread, along with 2 procedures to remove all the cancer. You can trust & feel safe with Dr. Han. This doctor told me I needed a very invasive surgery, when indeed that turned out not to be the case at all. This doctor puts his own financial well being before his patients physical needs and should not be trusted. I will never go back to him and will try to avoid Crystal Run completely after this experience.
